Insider cluster buys
A cluster buy is when two or more officers or directors of the same company buy its stock on the open market within a short window. Several insiders paying their own money at once is among the more closely watched signals in Form 4 data. This page lists the clusters filed over the last 30 days.
Cluster buys filed in the last 30 days
Source: SEC Form 4 filings, aggregated per company over the last 30 days. Open-market purchases of $100K or more only; grants, awards, option exercises and likely IPO or offering allocations are excluded. Cluster buys (two or more officers or directors buying) rank first, then by dollar value.
