Visit the home page and click "Already Subscribed?" to request a management link. The link is sent to your email and lets you add or remove individual tickers. Each management link can only be used once for security.

Each alert email includes the insider name and title, transaction type (buy or sell), number of shares and price, total transaction value, an AI-generated summary explaining the significance, and relevant market news headlines.

Each alert opens with a short AI-written analysis of the filing: what was bought or sold, how it compares with the insider's recent activity and holdings, and, when available, recent news headlines and stock performance. The summary is checked against the filing data before it is sent. It is informational only and not investment advice.
